As Above, So Below for Monday, 11 September 2023

Below are the reading notes from today’s As Above, So Below reading. You’re welcome to watch the video here.

Reading Notes:

Significator Runes: Isa (Norn rune of the present moment awareness, alignment, stillness within, will contraction, focus) and Carcer (self-imprisonment, self-restriction, fate, isolation, outmoded ideas)

Cards: 5 of Wands, 10 of Wands, 3 of Pentacles

Overall Numerology: 5 + 10 + 3 = 18 = 9 (endings, completion, spirituality, generosity) Note: I meant to mention this in the video but I got into a flow and didn’t come back to it, but I didn’t add in Isa’s 11 numerology (from its placement in the Elder Futhark) because if there’s a Master number visible (11, 22, 33) I leave that on its own due to its higher energy. Today’s day is the 11th of September, so you should note the synchronicity there Isa and the Master 11 influence of awakening and enlightenment.

Beginning with today’s significator runes, Isa is suggesting that we align in a present moment awareness that reflects higher awareness instead of becoming stuck in the lower vibrational ego. Carcer implies becoming stuck in perception that leaves us in the bubble in which we choose to live. Carcer suggests self-imprisonment whereas Isa asks us to align in higher awareness. And the synchronicity of the Master number 11 with both the day and Isa, is reinforcing the idea of awakening to truth, even if it means leaving our so-called bubble of perception.

Moving on to the cards, note the run on Wands with two cards from that suit. Beginning with the 5 of Wands, we see five young men, each holding a staff. Although it looks like a fight has broken out, since no one is hitting anyone else, I see the 5 of Wands as a lot of will that’s being expressed without anyone else really listening. So there may be willful expression, but little else. 5 suggests change so this may be something new happening when in the past, a more collaborative effort might have happened. Lots of ideas, but no real discussion is taking place. So each one may be living their own Carcer experience here and restricting themselves to their own perspective.
